When you find your purpose...

...expect difficulties, challenges and distractions.
Oh, how those words are SO true!
My books arrived last week, and I've been studying hard ever since!  Every page, I see more and more that yep, this is what I really want to do.... and THEN...
There it was. The difficulties, challenges, distractions....
Difficulties:   Money.  I HATE CREDIT.  And yet, as I look deeper into doing this, I'm realizing that I may have to take a GIGANTIC risk (leap of faith?) and use the equity in my home to make this take off.   Which I will, but I've got lots of work to do in planning it all out, making sure it's feasible, wise, etc., etc.  It pains me to think that if I fail, I would lose EVERYTHING... (hearing that whispered "trust me"?)
Challenges:   One of the books has a list of the things I'm going to need to do... finding a building, insurance, zoning... OMG.   ZONING.  That means I have to get approval from a city that's SO anti-dog, not to mention a Mayor that does a FULL investigation on me when my friend leaves her dog at my house while she's house hunting in Nevada last year... yeah, that's definitely what I call a "challenge".   Cross your fingers he's voted out of office on April 9th, lol...
Distractions:   Well, FEAR is one... Money is another... and TIRED... OMG, I've been SO TIRED... My life has become SO INSANE as it usually is, that right now I don't even have time to get all the basic housework done (I'm doing it even as I'm on here typing, lol).
SO.  Starting with TIRED.   I went to bed early last night, fed the dogs at 5am like usual, and went right back to bed to get caught up.   And when I got up, I realized that THAT was where my first distraction was.... being tired meant that I dreaded making changes more because of the exhaustion than because of the "chores" themselves, and that yesterday I was thinking "I can't do this..." but today, refreshed, I KNOW I CAN.   So Distraction #1... plan my days better to make sure I get 8 to 9 hours sleep, including making a bedroom at the business so that I can sleep there if needed...
MONEY:  Say I can't get anyone to help me finance it... or if I can, they want too much control... I will use my equity to get it started, plan out how much I'm going to need for it, and plan out how much I'm going to need to survive.... going along with that TIRED, if I LIVE in my business for the first 2 years, I can rent out the house at higher than I'm paying for it (I've got a low mortgage), and will only need food money.  I know I won't like doing that because I love my home and have seen what renters do, but doing it just to get things rolling... I can live with that...
FEAR:  I went to church again last night... this time it was about circumstances... yeah, once again I'm getting the "trust me" message.   On the big screen, it talked about being at peace with where we are, where we are going, and flashes of words that cause DISTRACTIONS (worry, fear, stress) kept coming as each sentence came on the screen.... yeah, I get it.   'TRUST me"....
Day by day, step by step, minute by minute.... laundry's ready for me to fold/swap... gotta run!  ;)  LATER!

Yup, you can always rent out your place and if the renters seem sketchy ask for lots of deposits. Plus, you may get a dream renter. You never know.

The sermon at my church also was on faith. Going to places you don\'t have a map for!

I can\'t wait to get to where you are in my own journey. You really are becoming unleashed.

Yes, rent out the house and live at your new business if possible. I need to make some changes too. I understand about letting fear get in your way. I can hear your determination and I really believe you can and will make your dream come true.
