When you feel it didn\'t work
I am only 5 days past insemination and already feel as though it didn't work. I am so sick of seeing these young chicks pregnant. I am sorry but I am sick of it. I want to be called mom this year. I want to give my mom a grandchild NOW!! My mom went to look at cribs cus she said they were on sale!! She wants this more than me and I feel like a complete loser cus I am her only daughter and can't give her grandkids. I am losing patience today. I am tired of the last 4 years passing by and nothing!! I need 2009 to be my year for goodness sake!!

I am my mother\'s only child, so I can relate to how you feel. I so want to give my mom a grandchild - almost as bad as I want my own child. Why do you think your insemination didn\'t work? Don\'t give up your hope - 2009 will be your year and it better be mine too!!!!!
I dont know why I think it didnt work, I suppose because nothing else has.. I am scared to think otherwise. I need to go get a little bit of positivism from somewhere!! Do you know where I can find some? he he!
Sweetie take it easy. I think we all focus so hard during the 2WW on every potential early pregnancy symptom we drive ourselves crazy. As I have told others before the only sign we all need is two lines. Just be patient and try to relax. I completely understand about feeling like something is wrong with me since everyone else seems to be able to conceive but remember God does have a plan. I pray we all get our bundles of joy in 2009. Just try and think positively and in just a short time we will know.
It is so hard to be hopeful when you have tried for so long but like I\'m trying to tell myself, we gave ourselves the best possible change to get preggo this month! The BFP rates do increase when you have mutiple follies, which you did!! P.S., I\'m an only child too and my mom is hurting for a grandbaby, we will be moms!!!
Relax (I know easier said than done) but you probably are preggo and just anxious and worried. So take it easy and remember that God has a lot in store for you.
