When will this hurt go away
It's been 9 months since I my husband passed away, and I'm still hurting I still can't sleep or eat. I don't know how to live without him. He was my everything. Now that the Christmas is near it's really sad. How do I get over this and move on??

I am so sorry for your loss. You are dealing with the loss of your husband and the holiday season as well and that is doubley hard. The holidays are always difficult but the first year is the worst. Be kind to yourself and honor your grief as best you can and know you aren\'t alone. Sharon
