When will it stop

When will it stop???? All day today I see him I see every thing that happened that night ... Today I have relived that night over and over ... I feel like I'm going crazy ..I was with my boyfriend tonight and all I could do is cry ... He tells me it's not my fault and he loves me no mater what ...then he says it's his fault cause he was not in the tent with me... I just want the dreams and the flash backs to stop
