When They Won't Care for Themselves....
the most frustrating thing about MDM is that she won't take care of herself. She has had UTI problems for quite a while, many infections and had an appt w/ a specialist today... and called and CANCELLED it. .... she said bc she didn't feel like it and I wasn't going to drive her. She doesn't understand that she can't just make an appt and expect me to cancel all my contract work....
She had told me earlier that she would go herself... but then forgot that she said that.
But MDM is one that has always expected OTHERS to tend to her and resents it when you take care of yourself.
But one day she understands and then the next day she doesn't understand. Oh well.
Like MDB said... it is only going to get worse from her on, I'm afraid.

What to do when there is nothing you can do?
Vent it out, Ginger. Steadying support while you ride out the parts you can't vent out.
Be careful with people like that! They are very draining, and I have my doubts that anyone can change someone with a personality disorder, although they might be able to change themselves, with a lot of help?
Think about your own illnesses, and take care of yourself.
