I deleted him from my facebook, I do not respond to his phone calls or text messages, HELL I am not even around when he picks up Austin. So why does everyone feel the need to keep me informed of what he's doing!!!!!!!!! It only upsets ME when I hear all the stupid shit he is doing. My husband wrote a statement on facebook that said " Hey does anyone remember that John Cougar song I need a good lover that needs to be my theme song"?????????????????????? I MEAN WHAT THE HELL IS THAT?????? HE HAD A GREAT LOVER AND HE THROUGH ME AWAY........ This is exactly the reason why I don't want to know what he is saying or doing!!!!!!!!!! Couldn't sleep last night and I was crying all day this just pisses me off.

You need to make it plain and clear that you do not want to hear about what your H is doing. If you refuse to hear what they have to say these people will soon stop. If they are your friends they will honor your wishes. If not maybe you need to make new friends.
Yep, don\'t know why they do that. My oldest daughter did it to me tonight. Told her I didn\'t want to hear about my ex family\'s plan for the weekend. Now she is mad at me.
Sometimes I think they just don\'t realize how it still hurts. Others, wonder if they get off on hurting people and try to act innocent.
Just know, one day you really won\'t give a care what he is up to. That day cannot come soon enough either.
I hear ya ! I deleted my stbx from my facebook also and i dont text him call him , nothing but I have a certain friend back home that thought it was her self appointed job to keep me updated on my stbx ands his gf ! The last update had me in tears for almost 3 days and really set me back! So when she called over the weekend I told her NO MORE UPDATES ! Period!! I told her how much she was upsetting me by these updates and she said she was sorry and wont do it again...
I dont know what comes over some people to think it is a good thing to update and gossip!
Idle gossip is just that -- people who don\'t have a life of their own just LOVE to keep the shit stirred up in someone else\'s life. If you tell these people to STOP IT and they get mad, tough! You don\'t need them in your life anyway!
Yea, guess we all have to deal with that, found out today mine went to a Bob Segar concert last night, I had tickets for Direks Bentley right before he left, I cried the whole concert wishing he was there because he wouldn\'t go, this was right after he started with the OW. Your right it does seem to get better not to hear what they are doing. I always want to know, why not me?
