When it Shines it Shines SO BRIGHT!!!!

I spent the day today in my first SUPER KIDS TRAINING!!!! I's a new program for our kids which focuses on READING AWARENESS FOR K - 2ND GRADE. This is the most crucial time for our kids to get them to LOVE READING!!!!! I had so much fun and energy compared to alot of other teachers there who had a big batch of FROWNIES on their faces. It was an early class started at 7:30 and went until 5:00 with only one 15 min break in the morning and a lunch from 1:00 - 1:30. I had so much fun with the Director she complemented me for my energy and passion for the program. I called my boss to say thanks for paying for me to attend this workshop and bringing this into our school the kids are gonna LOVE IT. It mixes songs, reading, spelling, awesome story books ect.... IT'S JUST AMAZING..
The best part is by the time the class finished and I stopped by school on my way home my boss was still there and guess what happened next??????? Oh sorry I have to run out but I will finish on my next journal.
JUST KIDDING GOTCHA HUH!!!! Because I was so excited and showed such a passion for this program she asked me if I would like to help implement this program for all the grades in the fall. Plus she said that I have grown sooo much over these past months and have showed nothing but POSITIVE, HAPPY, ENERGETIC ATTITUDE inspite of what has happened in my personal life. She told me I was an INSPIRATION to Women everywhere of not becoming a VICTIM OF OUR CIRCUMSTANCES and instead of being just the music teacher she was considering making me a full time T.A. also!!!!! I would then qualify for full Medical benefits, paid time off when school is closed, bonuses for extra afterschool clubs. This is huge it also covers full Dental plus I can add Austin on for hardly nothing. Just having someone tell me they value me and i'm WORTH SOMETHING almost took away 8 months of feeling like a used up thrown out piece of garbage ya know. I AM NOT WORTHLESS AND I DO MATTER TO THE PEOPLE THAT MATTER MOST TO ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
