When it rains it pours

 
My little man is SICK. I mean SICK SICK SICK. HE has pneumonia. (or how ever you spell it). It came on so fast. He was fine yesterday. We were out looking at house went to dinner. He was fine and happy. Last night at 10pm I go check on him and he is burning up. 102.3 fever. I cant get it broken and he is now wheezing. I am up all night worrying about him and once DH left work I moved him in the bed with me. He slept till 9am. I knew he was no feeling good. HE sounds like a 2 pack a day smoker so I called the doctors. We go in and sure enough he has pneumonia. I started crying. I asked how he got it so fast, what did i miss? What did I do wrong. The doctor says nothing. In babies it can come on fast and strong. Good news is I caught it early and he can be treated at home. Im pushing fluids and well he is pushing them back. I have to try to get them down him. He sounds so awful. I almost start crying every time he coughs. Its horrible.
 

I notice my dog limping yesterday. I do an examination and discover she has ripped a nail almost completely off down to the nail bed. Poor baby. But there is not much I can do. I wrap it in a few band aids to keep it from catching on anything. I called the vet and she said to just rip it if. OUCH. She said i could bring her in and she could do it but it would coat $$. Im making DH do that when he gets home today. He refuses to clip Ian’s nails so he has to do this by default. Poor dog. We are carrying her up stairs and everything. SHe is loving the extra attention.
 

Continuing on, Trying to buy the house we found has been a nightmare. No fault of our own. We are approved for more than the asking price. Its hud owned home and you have to light yourself on fire and then jump through their hoops for it all to work. I opted out for lighting myself on fire so we just walked away from it. I didnt feel it should be so hard and stressful if it was meant to be. We have bought houses before so i know it should run a little smoother than that. It just wasnt meant to me. Well i have spent the past few weeks looking at houses and have not found ANYTHING i like. They are all yucky!!!!! It is so freaking expensive in this area. I cant wait to move back to GA. We can get a MCManssion there for what we can but here. I have been looking at crappy rental place after crappy rental place closer to DH's work and found nothing. Considering we have to be out by the 15th of March it was getting stressful. Well after being out all day driving over 150 miles I see one last place. Its in an area we both love. Its just a awesome neighborhood and city. Well everything has been flying out of there and we just have no found anything in our price range. And we are not being cheap either. We are looking up to 1800 a month but alot of what they had was about 2100. Well I found this 3 level townhome the other day on line and we made an appointment to go see it yesterday. Well we fell in love with it. Its nice and well kept. Not like all the other crappy rental homes we have seen. Its only 20 minutes from Dh's work so that is great. It has a pool a tot lot, plenty of walking trails. Its perfect. On the small side, but we knew we would be sacrificing size to be closer to the city. Besides its only temporary. We put in our application today and they said there should not be any problems.
 

Well it is not available until April 1st. So we have 2 weeks of not having a place to stay. I think its funny we own a home and will be homeless for 2 weeks. Well we are going to pack up everything and put it in storage for those 2 weeks, I will take a trip with the baby to GA to visit our family and then we will come back and move. James will only be home a total of like 4 days that whole time period so he is going to stay with a co-worker. Well that is our plan anyways. I hope it works.
