I understand the feeling. I left you a comment on yesterdays journal also! I\'m so sorry your feeling this way. Its an aweful feeling and I wouldnt wish it on anyone! I was having a hard time last week because of something similar. I pray that things work out for you and that if they don\'t that you recover from it quickly! Your in my prayers!
Big Hugs,
Lisa
You\'re not alone Rich. It seems to be a part of being BP and the choices we make. I am learning more and more about setting boundaries for myself and coping skills for grounding, that have been a big help to me. I\'m still taking baby steps and am learning the difference between being agressive or being assertive. Never realized there was such a difference. But I\'m growing and taking it one step at a time, Working it out has been a lot better for me than just saying I won\'t do it anymore...that just pacified me until the next time and I repeated the same mistakes all over again. Not only hurt myself, but others too for that matter.
My thought and prayers are with you that you find the right path which works best for you in growing on your journey of recovery.
