Whatever

I went to the dentist yesterday. I have had some problems with one of my crowns on one of my front teeth and also a  filling came out. All my sneezing and coughing did the poor thing in. Well it turns out that it's nothing that $1285 won't fix. (Ouch!)He is going to have to make a bridge since the crown won't stay put. He glued back on the crown for now and he took care of the tooth that had lost a filling. As I waited by the counter  to schedule my next visit I began to cough again. This caused quite a stir. I used my good old inhaler (don't leave home without it) and sat for a bit. After things settled down and I had reassuried the kind ladies that I didn't need an ambulance, I was able to schedule my next appointment. I'll bet that they can't wait for that. Honestly, I can't take me anywhere. It has been hot..hot...hot. The air quality is also not too good. Therefore another round of in door inactivity is on the agenda.   Mother nature is probably fed up with my complaining. I don't like it very hot and I don't like it very cold. Like Goldilocks, I prefer things just right. So that seems to imit me to a few weeks in the spring and fall. I still go out the rest of the time but it's at my own risk.  Peak flows are still yellow but,other than that,  I guess I'm in pretty good shape... for the shape I'm in. Be well,Tom
