What will my fainting mean?
During one of my visit to the office of the institution where I had applied for a job and was taking a series of interviews, I fainted as I got out of the public transport van. It was for a second only though but had I collapsed there on the ground, it would have been a concern. Where did this come from? Is it my irregular sleep patterns or the extra energy I put into my jogging?

As a nurse. I would want to know what you feeling right before you passed out. Were you dizzy? Did you get short of breath for a moment? Were you feeling bad for a little while before you passed out? It could be stress related and nothing to worry about. These things can happen, even to healthy people who are in great shape. On the other hand, a heart anormality could also be the culprit, but it is hard to tell. If this happens again (or happened in the recent past), you should go to the doctor for tests. Sometimes, it is hard to pinpoint the exact cause if it happens infrequently. However, there still could be something going on, so keep at it. Good luck.
I agree, it could be any number of things, including stress. Pay attention if it happens again and note what was going on at the time. Take care of yourself too! Make sure you are eating right and drinking lots of water. Hugs!
