what went on while i was gone

i had my 61 birthday on january 23. i went out to eat at a expensive resturant to treat myself. some one brought my meal for me he most have seen my hat a south dakota vietnam vetern. so i got steak and lobster dinner i treat myself for nothing. so i left the waiter 5 dollar tip. i am glad to be back the olympics end this weekend america is doing great they lead in the medal account. i didn't read my emails as they were to many to read. now that i caught up i will read my emails again. i will be giving hugs to the ones that i hear from. i hope to be hearing from my friends again. i am down to 186 pounds only 20 more pounds to go.
