What should I do?

It has been a while since I have updated a journal. Emma is keeping us very busy. She is now a toddler and talking up a storm. Bedtime has become a challenge however once she is asleep she gets 11-12 hours. We have put in our application for the next child. So hoping that her birth parents are pregnant again so that she can have a sibling, however it really does not matter to us. We want to expand our family. Emma is going to be a very good big sis.
So my dilemna, a month ago I applied for a job posting and went for the interview. I was on information over load and felt that it was not my strongest interview. Lately I have been feeling unworthy and not strong, however these feelings come out close to my time of the month. Now there is another position at a different school which I would love to teach at but my confidence is low. Should I go for it? I know the head of the department and can get some valuable information from her unlike my last interview.
