Please help me down here, I am begging you. Your ex and boys are doing me in. Today I opened the door and saw a garbage pail and bags in our driveway. I was angry at who dumped their garbage in our drive. When I looked it was OUR garbage pail from the kitchen upstate and she threw all old magazines of mine to fill it up. Then she took my old shoes and all the things from our bathroom up there and tossed them in a bag on the front lawn.
What did I do to this lady to hurt her Joe. You know I did nothing. You always warned me she was nuts but this is out of control.I am not allowed to ever go up to where we were married and where we spend the last ten years every weekened and all summer and she is letting me know it. When they asked to come here and pick out things they wanted I had no problem and gaev it to them, but my things they are claiming as garbage and tossing it on the lawn??? Why? Nicole says it is a sign from you telling me to go ahead with the estate lawyer and file my "right of election" to get 1/3 of all your estate. I had been debating on what to do and what you would want me to do...Is this your answer? You want me to have some of the estate? I wish you culd let me know somehow.
I went and picked out your headstone today. I know you saw it and hope it is what you would like. The symbol of peace. I saw the dove and thought how beautiful and simple it was. I hope you are at peace always now.
I found out that your company took my health insurance away too when you left me. They said that since you retired when you were single that I was not entitled to your health insurance any longer. I just plain give up Joe...I really really just give up on everything. I found a lawyer to take your malpractice suit and sent for the hospital records. If it is the last think I do I will make sure they never do this to anyone else. They need to stop and make sure of what meds they are giving people and monitor the reactions. I know you want me to take this on and fight for the loss of you life and I swear I will do it. I love you so very much and I am so tired of crying Joe...Please help me get through this. Love ya Ann
