So to start things off. Im going through a bankruptcy right now with my wife. We have all the stuff together now waiting for the next shoe to drop.
At work my store director has it out for me. On how ive used sick/vacation days. Now he told my manager to have me take all my vacations days til I dont have anymore. Then he will be able to just let me go as in fire me.
Ive used sick days the three I get. Then ive been told I can use vacation as need. Its ridiculous.
So now I got the union involved. Then with my art its going well. Getting noticed a little more. Also Ive put out job applications to see what happens.
Sometimes in all things Id rather be a baby.

Life was much easier when we were kids hey. What an asshole manager you have. So glad you have a union to get involved. You can\'t help being sick.
Yea right now its hard. Tomorrow I go to the doctor for a well visit after being sick last. My taking the Fmla paperwork. Hopely she will fill it out so that in the future if I get sick the store director will have to comply with it.
Fingers crossed for you. There isn\'t a place for us in the working world, they want robots with perfect attendances.
