Wow... This hit me... Its so true... It brings back a memory from years ago... My first "love" and I broke up... I was devastated... 15 years old... I know... lots of people say it wasn't love... whatever it was it never for me happened twice... I've had other loves but there's something about a first love.... anyway I was crying, complaining about how much I had loved him, how much I had always done for him, all that boring stuff, yadda, yadda, yadda... and my mama bless her asked me... why did you do all that then? Because I loved him I sobbed... Yes mama said... you did it because you loved him... never regret anything you do for love... I was so grateful for mama's words on so many levels... she didn't belittle my love, she made me understand that what we do for love is not to be regretted... pick up, move on, be glad you loved... no regrets... Its a lesson I have and will keep all my life... Thank You once again mama. I love you and remember you with so much gratitude. Elissa See More
