* Ibuprofen
* Meloxicam (Mobic)
Supplements I take
* Vit B-12
* CoQ 10
* Glucosamine with MSM
* Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc
* Probiotic
* B-Complex
* Multivitamin
* Biotin
 
I need to dig into my tool kit to see what I can add. I have had this for 50 years. I have learned many things that I know will work. On with the research.
