What do you need?

How many clothes do you need?  How much junk can you save and how many collectiables are junk?  My excuse is that I am sentimentally attached to certain objects that are in my house.  What is the difference between an ecclectic style and and junk pile?
I'm afraid it may be that I'm just lazy.  Friends here know I was recently reminded of my own mortality.  I would hate to leave this mess to my kids.  I have a light week I setting a goal to clean one room every free day. 
See, I qualified even that goal, UGH!!!I don't wanna.
