What do I do?

What do you do when your mother says she hates herself? It hurt so bad to hear her say this. She has been sick for the past 7 years and me and my family have had to take care of her. I don't know how to deal with this, and I really should not have to if life was normal, but no I had to get dealt the crappy hand in life. Oh well I guess.Kristin
