What are you believing God for?

Genesis 21
New International Version (NIV)
 The Birth of Isaac
21 Now the Lord was gracious to Sarah as he had said, and the Lord did for Sarah what he had promised. 2 Sarah became pregnant and bore a son to Abraham in his old age, at the very time God had promised him. 3 Abraham gave the name Isaac[a] to the son Sarah bore him. 4 When his son Isaac was eight days old, Abraham circumcised him, as God commanded him. 5 Abraham was a hundred years old when his son Isaac was born to him.
6 Sarah said, “God has brought me laughter, and everyone who hears about this will laugh with me.” 7 And she added, “Who would have said to Abraham that Sarah would nurse children? Yet I have borne him a son in his old age.”
My Reflection: I don’t know how many of you angel mom’s believe in Jesus, if not I encourage you too. I believe everything we need is in the Word of God. So, during this difficult season I have turned to a familiar place for help and healing, the Bible. I am familiar with the story of Abraham and Sarah in the Bible, but experiencing two loss it has taken whole new mean. So, I am meditating on this scripture in the book of Genesis. I believe the same covenant God had with Abraham and Sarah many years ago, that He has the same covenant for us. My hearts desires is not to birth a child in my old age, but the scripture is a reminder that God can do all things in His time. Even then, women like Sarah faced many childbearing issues like we do today. God is the same God of Sarah, Abraham and Issac that He was yesterday and the same today.
