WHAT A SHOCK

I went to a friends today,we sighned her up to an online dating site and low and behold who was on there?stbx.His profile sais hes single so i guess him and OW have finished.But what hurt the most is that he said no more confrontational relationships as hes been there done that.what a cheek.hes such a compulsive liar its hard not to confront him.Im still having a hard time knowing he no longer wants me but i was feeling a bit better,but after seeing that im sad again and ive just about had enough of being sad.it seems like as soon as i start moving forward something comes up and slaps me in the face again.how much more can i take?
