What a shitty end to a great day.

I came home from work in a really great mood today. I mean the day was great! Fun!
I made an eyepatch this morning out of a bit of a coca cola cardboard box. Then me and one of the girls (Maddy) I work with heard word that these crow's were eyeing these little goslings that had hatched by the pond. So she gets a cat cage, I grab a broom and we march down to the pond. I'd called back to the senior staf to remember us if we didn't make it! She accused us of being on drugs =PSo we got over there, jumped this MASSIVELY tall fence and went over to the nest where the parents, plus two other indian geese were hissing and carrying on at us being too close. So I hissed back and started poking them with the broom while Maddy grabed them. The mum flapped her wings and smashed one of the dud eggs, and the STENCH oh my gawd it was terrible. I never gag but man I couldn't help it. We had to get pretty close too.Maddy took off for the fence again and I (being the incredibly brave and valliant foxy hero that I am) started jousting at the male while she jumped over. I ran to the fence, chucked the broom over, and she was like "run Amy RUN!" cause the male goose started flapping his wings and honking at me. So I squealed like a little sissy girl, get my foot up on this little "cat flap" thing the groundskeeper made and hoist myself over, grab the broom, lifted it in the air yelling "WE'RE ALIVE!"Had a great buzz for the rest of the day!
Then I get home. S'ok at first then I hear my mum banging cupboard's in the kitchen. I go out to see what's wrong and she tells me that she and her boyfriend had a fight. She asks if I could go find him for her.
I go out and find him at the local store. I sit with him for a bit and talk. Then I realise that I'm a little torn between thinking this guy isn't right (main reasons 1. he's jobless and has no licence, nothing he can help atm. 2. He's into some pretty heavy drugs 3. He's three years older than me) BUT despite the fact that he's a bit of an idiot, he's an okay idiot. I saw a look in his face when he spoke about how much he really liked my mum. On one hand it upset me, but on the other it prompted me to realise he really does care a lot about her.
Not long ago my mum called me out to the kitchen. We've had troubles with our dogs where our next door neighbour found one of her sheep and a lamb with their asses chewed out. At first we *I* mostly thought well they must've just seen a dead sheep, and had a go for it.
Mum told me that this morning she'd found vomit on their blanket; sheep innards. Both my little brother and sister both agree that's what it is.
A ranger has visited, and told us about the lamb as well. The lamb had been cornered into a spot it couldn't get out of and apparently got eaten alive and slowly, ass first.
Another reason why I'm torn between two impression's of the guy is that when I was crying earlier, and I've been crying on and off a lot since then, he came over to me and gave me a really nice hug and a rub on the back. Mum joked that she might get jelous of it, so I told her I couldnt hear her cause I was lost in his embrace hehheh..
SO we have two choices 1) the ranger shows up one day unnanounced and takes them off to get shot OR we take them to a vet and have them euthanized. My mum wants to just drop them off, and let the vet do his/her thing.
I'd rather it be our decision than the ranger's. The dog's have been getting out of the yard at night as well. I left for work at 7:30am this morning and one side of the gate was open. I've caught them out before.
So it's a sheep, lamb, a bird... what next? Our cat? A child?
It need's to be done asap. Before Christmas. Just SUCKS after everything happening, and then THIS.
I hate it. Fucking hate it.

Matti and I found them both on the neighbours side of the fence the night before we found one of the dead sheep near the fence a couple of week\'s ago so we know that they were eating it. Then there\'s the vomit. They\'ve been getting out of the yard a lot, I\'ve seen them. And a few journals back Riley saw them tear apart a bird.

So in the eyes of the ranger, they\'re guilty :(

I didn\'t wanna spoil any good mood\'s (hugs) plus I wanted to try and put myself in one again. Thought writing it all out here first while it was fresh was a good idea too.
