What a difference a day makes.....

Well, what a difference! Yesterday I was ion the verge of what I felt was a breakdown. Family are concerned that I was physically overdoing it because I was having anxiety and panic attacks. As usual, like most terrified families, they felt they knew everything but actually they knew nothing. Don't mix mistake emotional trauma for physical ones. I was told to slow down, that's was being irresponsible. My twin brother put the phone down on me, my sister shouted at me. All adrenaline that I didn't need borne of their fear.
What they didnt realise was that I had medical professionals and a support group looking out for me.i had done nothiNg to hinder my recovery, indeed I'd followed the rules avidly. They were attempting to advise me out of ignorance and in this case, their ignorance could contribute to another heart attack. It's no use telling them this -theyre not listening. I've asked them to read the books that I brought with me from hospital. They haven't yet they still know everything. I need to carry on with my recuperation the way the cardio team advise.
I feel great today. I have the same stabbing pains that I get every so often, even in the hospital I had these. They may or may not go away but whatever, I can deal with it. My mind is better and I feel positive about my health. A positive mind is clearly the keyto better health. It makes you want to get out there and go forward.
Sod it. I'm going shopping with my niece tomorrow. She's my chauffeur bless her. We love shopping and its a great sharing experience.
Thanks for listening to me bang on.....
