what a day
well the week started out great I had a wonderful birthday on Sunday. We had some friends over for a fish fry and I made an amazing cheescake that I will pay for....lol. My kids sent me a gorgeous flower arrangement, it really took me by surprise, they had never done that before.
Monday I did a little retail therapy and had a good day out, we have enough leftovers that I don't think i will have to cook for the rest of the week, Hubby always over does it for the fish fry.
And then tuesday came along, Tuesday has always been such an unassuming day right?
It started out normal, I was having coffee and then the alarm went off.....the sump pump stopped working!!! Hubby was working out of town of course. Luckily my Dad was home and he came over to se if he could fix it. ended up having to replace it. Since it is hooked up to the alarm system, the alarm kept going off......must have been driving the neighbours crazy. While Dad was replacing the pump the dog got stuck under the deck, she can somehow wiggle herself under there but can't get back out, we had to unscrew one of the step boards to get her out.
Then we had a delivery truck show up with a small delivery, once that was unloaded Dad left and i thought things had finally settled down.....hah!! What was I thinking?
the phone strats with customers wanting to talk to Hubby so I have b een taking messages all day too. then the next delivery truck shows up with a big delivery that we were not expecting until thursday.
All this and i hadn't even had time for a shower yet! so far this afternoon its only been the phone and hubby is on his way home......relief is on the way...LOL
I hope tomorrow is quieter, days like this you can only laugh, gotta go and work off more cheesecake....LOL

I just love your attitude!! If only more were like you. Happy belated birthday, sounds like you had a great time!!! Sorry I have been MIA, computer and health. Tuesday, Tuesday. You could probably write a new song with that title and your adventures. I just love how you handle things and they seem to just roll off of you. Some would have describe that day totally different, fretting over every little issue ending up in a big flare; but you didn\'t, just got stuff done. Bravo!!! Glad you have some help now and I hope you have a great weekend.
