I’m very thankful for everything they do, and I highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a safe and nurturing environment for their early learning center child. Kids went to few childcare centres/pre-schools before, PHWMCC definitely tops the list. We recognise the importance of this key period in the development of our precious children.
Orchard Early Learning Centre’s philosophy guides every aspect of our approach, creating a supportive and enriching environment for children and families. Backing onto a wildlife park, all of our rooms have large glass sliding doors to encourage children to move seamlessly between indoor and outdoor learning opportunities. A minimum of two days is critical for routine building by allowing children to settle and form attachments with educators and their peers. We also ask all new families to complete a “Getting To Know You” Form, which allows our educators to get to know your child before their start date so we can ensure a smooth transition.
With over 35 years of experience, our carefully developed curriculum helps children transition smoothly to Kindergarten. Both my kids attended Hills Montessori and loved every minute of it. They know each child; their personalities, strengths, weaknesses; and have created an environment which fosters a love of learning and inquisition. We always look forward to seeing the wonderful updates via their app. With modern facilities, ton of activities/play and a clean, safe environment, my daughter loves going to Kindalin WPH. We've had one of our children here for the last 18 months, and can't speak highly enough about the teachers and the community as a whole.
These excellent teachers coached my child to win his school debating competition with a distinction. David and I were very pleased to be able to hear about everything that is happening in the Emus room this year and the way the staffing works. We are really happy with all of Phoebe’s teachers and the wonderful care that is so evident through the presentations (and through what we see each day at the kindy) that were given by you for last night. She is SOOOO excited and we are extremely fortunate and grateful that Kindalin gave her such a solid grounding to starting school so confidently this year. Thank you to all the staff and all the fantastic programming that is done by the staff to benefit the children’s learning. Our long-term, caring educators create a warm and encouraging environment where children feel safe and supported. Across three spacious rooms—Playful Possums, Eager Emus, and Wonderful Wombats—children enjoy experiences designed to foster growth, independence, and creativity.
Our daily rates are all inclusive and have no additional charges for incursions / excursions or any of our learning programs. The rates shown are an estimate based on using Childcare Subsidy (CCS) subsidised hours. The CCS helps lower your out-of-pocket costs, with subsidy rates dependant on your individual family eligibility levels. Children arrive with engaging experiences set up for them and their friends of different ages to play with together, supporting collaboration and communication across age groups. You can speak with the team about what’s important for your child for the day and what happened the night before at home. The classrooms are perfect for little kids and the outdoor play area is amazing.

The centre also provides quite a lot of engaging activities throughout the day, including morning singing with live piano accompaniment, pet feeding, incursions and excursions that most other child care centres don't have. Preschools provide early education and care for children aged between 3 and 6, and usually operate during normal school terms and hours. Long day care centres offer early education and care for children from birth to 6, and are usually open for 48 weeks per year with extended hours.
Through play-based and structured learning, we encourage independence, problem-solving, and school readiness. Very reluctant review as I will have to compete for a spot for my child if this place to get too popular! I have 3 kids and tried many different childcare/preschool, you gain an intuition to distinguish a good one and not so great one. One thing I like the most about the preschool is the quality of teachers, teachers and teachers- I cannot say enough positive things about them.
