Went to Zumba today

Back on track.  Went to Zumba today at the Y.  1 hr.  I did Wii Walk It Out last night during the Penn State game.  (I find a song at a good pace for me.  About 128 BPM.  Then, I start walking and change the channel.  I walked for 2 hrs during the game and racked up all kinds of points!  Then I go back to the game and spend my points!  That way I don't get bored.)  So yesterday, I ended up with just over 21,000 steps.  I am shooting for 12,000 today. 
Food and exercise over last few weeks has been bad!  Today isn't too bad so far.

99% fat free Progresso Minestrone soup (1 serving)

Tonight is roast beef in rotisserie and potatoes and string beans.  I am going to not eat bread for the rest of the day.  I truly think the bread and pasta is what kills me. 
My Eagles football game comes on at 4pm.  Going to put some clothes away, watch my game, putz around the house a little.  Trying to get "me" back this week.  Trying to let David suffer his own consequences.  I did have a talk with him yesterday about his behavior and I sort of think I got through.  He is much better today.  Praying it lasts.
Resolution Ranch is no go.  $9700 for first month and $4500 every month after!!! 
I gained a couple of lbs back.  Back up to 154.  So again, determined and back on track.  I am off work this week.  I am going to my dad's in Florida 11/9 for 1 week.  I am really looking forward to getting away!
