went to see my phicitrist today
I wrote two other posts here that Did not go through .....any way ....told the doctor what is going on with me so he increased one of the antiedepresants I am on ....the one that realy helped me ....and increased the antie angizity med ....and I am to pratice driving short distances with my h ...to get some of my confidance back ...still staying off the antidepressant I went off of ..and I see him again in three months ......he knowes all what I am going through ..and have been through ...he is a very good doctor and I trust him .....and he lisenes to what I think ...we went hero cry shopping and visited a good friend we hadent seen in a while ....sitting out in the shade ...for a while with Gizmo ...

Well, it is not unusual for a reply to not go through. We love you DS.....still.
I so understanding the driving thing. I am so not able to drive without a pill. And it is even getting harder to ride in the car without having a panic attack. God bless my DH for putting up with me.
