Went to an AA meeting
So lately my anger and frustration has been getting the best of me so I went to an AA meeting last nite and left it all at the door. I was so overcome with peace and serenity from all of the positive energy in the room, that I carried it all home with me and am in a much better place today. :)
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, the wisdom to know the difference, the knowledge of Your Will and the power to carry it out.

Amazing how a meeting can do that.......I am going to my Saturday morning Alanon meeting....I always feel the serenity and peace while there. Gotta work the program!!! God bless
Wonderful that you came away feeling peace. When I get overwhelmed I make my priority list of what is most important and what can I change. There are solutions to every problem but not necessarily solutions we like.
