Went out late last evening

Roger I
I went to the Professional Bull Riding event last evening with Hayley and Sierra. It dawned on me that you had not wanted to go in recent years so I did not push it.  I realized how much I missed my roots of where I came from.  The whole time I did not think of you but of Larry who we recently lost.  He was supposed to be here with the Nile Valley neighbors.  That short cowboy who reminded me of Dad, I sure am gonna miss him.  This was his kinda entertainment and I just felt him there most of the evening.  I made a pact I was not going to let anyone influence me of not going to some thing because they were not into it like I was ever again.  I am sorry for that but I missed out seeing my old friends because of it.  It kinda made me mad at myself for allowing it, but upset with you for not letting me be me.  It doesn't mean I do not miss you, & I do wish you were here I just wished I would have known what I felt sooner.  I know you and Larry are together.  I wish your StepMom was with you, she is so sad & unhealthy in the nursing home.

Hayley came to stay with me, see her dog and be in the country.   At age almost 13 she is so tomboy and country.  She sure misses you, she was so your "third dog" as you called her.  She misses building things with you.
Sierra came along too, she was really into it.  Donnie raised good girls.
