Well today sucks... bigtime.
I've entered this as painful.. because to me it is... I just had to put down my pup... he was just about 15 and has been ill for the last month and really not doing so great.. He was comfortable though up until this last week, more accurately last night. The week he started having lilttle seizures and last night while he had his seizure I held him.. he yelped and I knew it was time for him... So today I brought my dear friend, my faithful companion to the vets office... Prognosis, wasn't good they thought perhaps a brain tumor and things weren't going to get better for him. So they gave him a mild sedative, to relax him and then an injection to end things quickly... I held him while he took his last breath... I'll miss him... He was my Bear_Doggie.... love ya baby bear...

I know how you feel... when my little pormeraian got hit by a car, I happen to be talking on the phone looking out my bedroom window, and I saw my dog running across the street...I noticed this car backing up slowly and I saw my dog, laying in the road, dead.. the man got out of the car to look and, I saw my dogs last movement, which was his nerves, then the dog stopped, I screamed, ran into my parents part of the house (2 family house) I screamed Foxy\'s dead, I couldn\'t go out to remove her from the road, I had to ask my father to, so he took a shovel and a box to scoop her up, I just couldn\'t bare to see my doggie that way, I grieved for that dog as though it was a person... for months & months we could still see a big round circle of my dogs body fluids in the road, about 8mos later my son died, and it was the same instant replay of me running in my parents part of the house screaming the same words, except Ryan is dead, Ryan is dead....and you know something, when I ran in my Parents screaming my mother was sitting in the same spot, talking to my brother on the phone, exactly like when my dog died, my son died in my daughters bedroom upstairs on the floor, and there was a big circle of body fluids, stained on her carpet, now if I drew a sraight line, where my sons fluid stain was to the road where my doggies fluid stain was, it would make you wonder??? I truly think if I went to a medium or something, or just with all the coincidences that has happened, there is something to it... I haven\'t begun to share most of them yet, but if you read all my journals, alot of them are there...and then all of asudden I see a story like your, and it reminds me about another one, everything points to God, \"there are no coincidences\" > (its God remaining anonymous) there is more out there then we know, And some people feel it, and some don\'t, and I know believing it, only can come from (feelings) from your (heart and soul), b/c when I (think) about it, my (brain) gets in the way, then I complicate it to the point, it gets in the way of me questioning myself, whats true and whats false....For example, before all this shit happened to me, I was taking a walk on the beach, I felt so good, and I was by myself, I screamed out... I FEEL LIKE A MILLION BUCKS!.. all of a sudden I (heard) what I said, I would rather (FEEL) like a million bucks, then to (HAVE) A million bucks, then everything went to hell for me, you know after my son died, I could care-less about money, I said to my daughter... I would give everything up, if we could have Ryan back, to the point I would move into a tent and we would have a blast together, I\'m sure you know exactly what I mean... Thats enough of me rambling on... Talk to you later.. Love, KLS
I\'m so sorry. Pets become our best friends and family. They love unconditionally and bring smiles in our darkest moments. I\'m sorry you had to say goodbye but happy for the long life he lived. I have 5 dogs and I dread the day I lose one. Again, so sorry. Love to you. Robin
