i did not go walking today but that's o.k i did thing;s around the house.ok i hade a slice of pizza to sent my kid to the shop, know boys faultbut mine ...then i went past amirror abd the guilt came on have not did that in a long time ........in a few minutes veggiesim going to clean up a little more, work it off a bit
