Well, no more bike butt
I bought a gel seat for my bike! Ha Ha! No more sore bike butt!!! David has to put it on my bike tomorrow. Extra wide with gel cushion. Yay! Now, just gotta work on the muscles! I went to Zumba class this evening. I lost 1/2 lb this week. TOM started today and I am dealing with bloating and cramps. Went to my annual GYN appt and mammogram- all good there. I am still doing Sparkpeople everyday and tracking food and exercise. I have to update all my miles on the spreadsheet in the walking group. I am sure I am on target for my goal as I have been pretty much doing my 10,000 steps per day. Had some anxiety/hot flashes this week. I had stopped taking the Lexapro a few weeks ago. Doing ok there.
David is doing ok. No major issues, thank God! I think he is on a growth spurt now as he is eating me out of house and home.
Eliot (the male Gordon Setter): Waiting to hear from the breeder. Apparently she sold him to a woman who was supposed to show him and "finish" him as a champion. She did not. Apparently this woman lost her job and is in not so good shape and the dog is not being taken care of? Has not been to vet in a couple of years, all matted, etc. So the breeder agreed to find a new home for him. Breeder is in Michigan with her son checking out a college and then comes back and goes to NH to pick the dog up and bring him back to CT. She then wants to evaluate him, take him to groomers and vets, etc. She is aware we are going away 3rd week in July to San Diego. My mom is watching Kona. I expl that I would prefer to wait until I get back to pick him up if possible which she agreed would be best. She was calling me from the airport while waiting for plane, so that is why I am waiting to hear from her. She said they had 5 people interested in him so she has to pick the right one. Praying I get picked!
Anyway, praying this week is not too busy, although Wendy from the office called and left me a message already today that I got another fire. There were several large fires in Philly on Friday and Saturday so I am holding my breath tomorrow. I really need to focus and get caught up before my 2 week vacation in July. don't know how I am going to do it?!
