Well, it's Easter
Christ's ressurrection day, if you believe in that sort of thing, and I'm about to go up to Boca and hang with the fam, including my new little nephew, who's now six months old. When I hang out with the little guy, and look into his big, blue eyes, which look right back into mine, deeply, fearlessly, it brings out this deep, dark blue longing in me, something powerful and primordial...I think I want to be a father. But, before I can do that, obviously, I've got to be a good lover, and, eventually, husband. Working on it. Kelly's too buried in work, too beholden to her own Vietnamese family whom she's indebted to for life for bringing her over here to the States, too old and too tired to really explore the possibility of starting a family at this point in her life, so I'm thinking someone a bit younger, sweeter and passionate about the idea...someone who doesn't need to live like a movie star financially to be happy...someone who is interested in living a simple life, with love at the core...get the finances under control, don't have to get rich, just under control, steady income, and then the search will begin in earnest.
