Well hey, another poem
Truth is I didn't really think my poems were worth sharing but maybe they are. I wrote this one in early '07. It is dedicated to Fibromyalgia. Although, it could be written to any disease that has such an extreme effect on our lives. Sometimes I cry, sometimes I yellSilent screams within, is this hell?Sometimes I fight, sometimes I fleeEven freeze as it torments meRarely alone, I've got youTo thrash me around, black and blueYou had no invite to enter my lifeCausing me pain, causing me strifeI am oh so tired and oh so weakCanvas of my dreams darkened and bleakYou shatter lives, you break our heartsGod please help me find my broken parts. ~Sherry '07 --Font was acting up.

Not bad despite that pesky font. Hopefully that canvas of your dreams will brighten up light you sunrises!!
They are definitely worth sharing. It helps you, I\'m sure, and it helps the rest of us out here who are having those crappy, crappy days. I\'m printing it out and taping it to my monitor. Thanks. Nobody knows except those of us who share the pain.

Thank you. Wow printing it and posting on your monitor, what an honor. I know nobody knows unless they have been there with chronic PAIN and the total exhaustion Fibro causes.
Goodfight, I wrote this a couple years ago when I felt hopeless about losing everything my life was about. I have lost everything but I do well dealing with it most of the time now by holding tight to hope and praying throughout the day. Chonic pain from these conditions/diseases I have do not go away so we have to just learn to cope.

This is so good, Sherry! It is so good to try to stand up to the negative forces entering our lives. One of my sisters (who happens to be an identical twin) has fibro, and she would well relate to your poetry!
