Well, Here Goes

Second day no drinking!!!  It was not bad.  I was busy last evening so I just came home and made a quick dinner.
Went to see the counselor.  She is pretty laid back.  She thinks I can do it on my own. 
Says stay off the liquor.  Will kill me.  We talked about how we don't like AA.  People swap one addiction for another.....
I do want to see how I feel not drinking.  I should feel better, right? 
Man, my stomach is giving me a fit.  Got on all these new products and not taking steroid. 
Today will be better....
