Welcome in the New Year of 2013!

Hello to all!
So, there's those around that have decided that a New Year's Resolution is not necessary for this year, for the fact that life for them is going well already, or that resolutions have never worked out for them in the past. Well, I actually do have New Year's Resolutions lined out in place, to which I will share in just a moment. I do encourage all however that even if you do not have a New Year's Resolution, just to sit back and dream for a moment. I want to encourage for that dream to motivate them in their day to day life, to energize one's soul for the New Year. I also want to encourage everyone to look for everyday opportunities to impact someone's life in a positive manner, whether it's that pretty smile you carry, or that warming aurora that's so contagious it makes everyone else that way. So in other words, just be your best self as you walk into this New Year.

Now I guess you are wondering what my New Year's Resolutions are, either out of curiosity or just to get inspired for yours. So here they are:

1) I want to dramatically reduce my intake of white breads and sugars so that way I feel tons better. This doesn't mean saying a total adios to it, but I need to heal. I've been sick long enough, and I need to be able to function. It has been very hard for me to break this addiction, and it's even been harder since I've switched up my diet 10,000 times to try to figure out what is wrong with me. But I am going to do this, because I want to be able to exercise and get back into shape, which is my next goal.
2) I want to get back into shape. My endurance hasn't totally gone out, I actually did the Gangham Style dance twice throughout the whole song both times yesterday, which if you've never done that, IT'S A WORKOUT. It's one of my planned workouts that I plan on doing; I mean if you don't know me, I LOVE TO DANCE. And that's one thing I'm looking forward to doing once I get my health back in order.
3) I want to lose five pounds, or I want to be 185. Since I'm hypoglycemic it is very hard to lose weight without your body acting up. So I figure getting down to 185 would be a reasonable goal, and I actually HOPEFULLY can do it. Hopefully after mastering two and three this goal will be a very possible one.
4) I am going to keep working hard on healing myself mentally. I have made LOTS of strides since being in counseling, but I still have a LONG way to go.
5) I'm not going to sacrifice my health for being involved in too much. I'm in school to learn and get graduated, not to destroy myself by stress.
6) Last, but not least, I want to try and get all A's this semester, and def not get anything lower than a B. So I'm curious to know what all of y'all's New Year's Resolutions are, if y'all have any. Either way, I hope you guys all have a fantastic New Year's, and keep being the best person you can possibly be!
