Weird OCD about bands. (Music)

I'm not really sure how to explain this, but I can try.
So, I have OCD, and lately I have been obsessed with these rock bands that I like to listen to. But there is one band that I have to listen to when i first wake up, and I have to listen to all their albums from the newest to the oldest. I feel like i HAVE to do this. If i do not do it, it will make me feel like i dont like/love the band anymore AND the thought of that makes me very anxious. I feel that if i dont listen to them when i first wake up & every album from the last to their first, that i do not like them anymore, and i CANNOT listen to any other bands before doing this or i will be anxious for the rest of the day. This all started about a month ago. I just cannot not do this. It's like a compulsion. It gets stressful because sometimes i'll actually want to listen to something else after listening to the first two albums, but i cant because i will be very anxious that i dont like the band anymore if i do.

I know this seems ridiculous and stupid, but the band means a lot to me, and i hate that i feel like if i dont listen to them like that, that i dont like them anymore or wont like them anymore. All the bands i listen to mean alt to me, but that one means the most.

And eve when i listen to them in that order, when i get done listening to them and i started listening to another band, i cant stop thinking about the fact that i stopped listening to the one that means the most to me. It makes me anxious... I dont know what to do about this. Am i the only one that has ever gone through this? Am i going crazy?

no, you\'re not going crazy....i have a few bands that i adore, and i listen to the same songs every morning...i can\'t relax enough to sleep till i listen. and sometimes, i\'ll hit the repeat button over and over on certain songs. I enjoy the songs....so do you....i think its harmless as long as it doesn\'t, oh i don\'t know, make us stop eating or sleeping...does that make sense? Of course, i\'m not a professional, so certainly talk to someone if this is really really bugging you. XO
