Weight watchers
Hi, I am not sure I am getting this weight watcher thing.
My official weigh in says I have lost 1.8 pounds so does that mean I gained .6 pounds. My system does not really care for the abundance of fruit and raw veggies it is recieving. However fruit and veggies are 0 points meaning I can eat all I want. Well, to be truthful I don't want any but I want the extra me I am carring around even less. So I will keep on trucking.
Everyone says that 1.8 pounds is a good start. I just feel like with all the fruit and changes and tracking each bite I eat I should have lost more.
I must say that some of my disappointment and discontent probably stems from the fact that my two friends who started this with me have chosen to go to a meeting different than I can make. They are going to the Thursday night meeting which I cannot make it to because that is the night Dennis and I go out to eat. Dennis and I have been doing this for over 5 years. Thursday is his Friday.
They both said they would do the Saturday morning meeting also but neither one of them showed up. They did call to apologize, and I do understand but it was still a disappointment when they didn't show up. Oh, well, I am a big girl and don't need to have my hand held to get through this.

Still, it is nice to have company to encourage each other Elsie, shame they couldn\'t make it.. But you know you can lick this Honey.. You have made a really good start.. I was the same,.. But as long as something is coming off each week, you are in progress, dont forget that.. Cheering you on, and here for support..
