Weight Watchers

Okey Dokey I startedl, I have gone to my first WW meeting and faced the scale.  The weight is recorded documented and now its official, I am a Weight Watcher.   If I loose one  or two lbs a week I will be thriled to see the scale start going in the opposite direction.  I stopped smoking a year and a half ago and I have gained 55 lbs in that time.  Every time I got on the scale, it was up a pound or two.  When I wanted a cigarette, or felt stressed out I ate sweets, or comfort food.  Do you really think I will see the scale move in a different direction?  Can it happen for me?  Can I really lose weight and be smoke free?  Then I would be able to exercise again, without pain.  After the meeting I walked about 30 blocks and had to stop every half a block to huff and puff.  Then it started raining and took a taxi the rest of the way home. I remember when I could walk and walk without huffing and puffing and I smoked too.  But that was before "911", and astma, bronchitis, cpod, etc.  Ok, wish the little fat girl luck. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IRwZbsPx3kY Luv, Ree

Make that 2 of us getting serious about losing weight. I have to attend a family party about 2 months from now so I need to lose some weight if I\'m to feel comfortable. We can do it ree, just have to stay focused. I know what you mean about the huffing and puffing, but it will get better. Good luck to you. Just know that you have company in your struggle.

Dear Reenee, I wish the little fat girl luck, but who is she? Not you. You are a willow, you\'re a reed, you\'re Audrey Hepburn! And you can do this! Anything I can do to help you, please let me know. Love and Hugs, K

Hi there, I am glad to have another little fat girl on my site. After my husband was diagnosed with cancer and six months later, passed away...I stopped caring about anything.i gained back almost all the weight that i had previously lost on weight watchers, years ago. I have been back on the diet about 8 months. I have lost 63 lbs. and have about 20 more that i want to loose. Some days when i am down or go out to eat, I cheat \"big time\"! BUt most of the time I am pretty good. i have always called myself a little fat girl, so laughed when i read your comments about being one. My husband used to laugh and say that \"there is nothing meaner, than a hungry fat girl\", lol...He was probably right. Good luck on your diet and I am here any time you want to discuss anything about WW...Julia
