Weight Loss Journey-2

Ok, after researching and researching, I think that I have decided to try the 8 hour method in conjunction with a low calorie diet... that method seems to work the best for my schedule and I think that it will help me with better sleep too! It's just as easy to stay awake and eat as is it to go to sleep and not eat. I have been having terrible sleep cycles due to Menopause. so maybe this change in routine will help.
I also had a full blood workup from my doctor and I have to start taking an enormous amount of Vitamin D for the next 8 weeks. Vitamin D is not just a vitamin you know, Research has shown that it is in fact a hormone as well. Frankly I think that I will help with everything! My mood, my sleep, everything.
Once I actually start my diet, I am going to be using this Journal as a food journal as well. Just to help me stay on track with myself. I am putting together a shopping list for all the things that I can and choose to eat. I am sure that it will be pretty boring before I get into the swing of things. But boring doesn't mean bad.. I tried the HCG diet a few years ago... the food i could have was great. I just didn't like how the lack of caloric intake was making me feel. But that food was boring too.
Anyway, if anyone is reading this and you notice that I jump around a bit, i am sorry, i pretty much write what my mind is thinking. Have a wonderful day.
