Weight Issues

I'm having some issues with my weight, I had lost a little over 20 lbs, keeping it off for awhile and I've literally gained every bit of it back in 2 months. I have a feeling it's because of the Mirena I got in February. I'm having issues to get it back off and I'm pretty sad about it. I don't know for sure my Mirena caused it, but that is the only thing I can think of. I don't want to have it removed, but I also don't want to blow up like a balloon. I'm going to try a few new things and see if they make any difference in my weight, if not I will have to talk to my doctor. It is also now causing my hidradenitis suppurativa to flare up, and causing very painful bumps. 

I just want to get back on the path I was on....
