Weekend came and went

Did Captin Kirk ask Scottie to put my ship at Warp speed?  The weekend was over in a blink of an eye.  I didn't get much accomplished this weekend except I did get my hinges for the cabinet so it is now complete.  Roomie came home last night after talking with neice and her husband.  They had called to have him come over and put a fence up.  I did mention to him last night I felt the only time his family called was when they needed something.  I realized this is none of my business.  His nephew in law is a so called "medium"/pyschic advisor" and after mentioning that I was doing the sweat lodge this next weekend, his nephew preceeded to tell him that he had been to this exact sweat lodge and location and warned him that once Im in the tent they wouldn't let me out and that clothes start coming off with the touchy feelies happining shortly after.  I told my roomie that if his nephew was so concerned he could probably look into his cyrstal ball and warn me of any impending doom and hook me up with some of his famous snakeoil too (Ill be sad if the BOGO was over on this last week).  I told my roomie, that at no time had anyone at the treehouse made any advances to me at all.  Why is he so concerned anyhow?  

I did finally talk to Roomie last night about the current state of things and it felt good to finally release that burden.  I told him that I had been feeling lonely for quite awhile and that I needed intimacy.  I told him that it might be best for us just to be friends for life so that it takes the pressure off him and the guilt from me.  He told me that he thinks it's a physical problem and maybe a pyschological one too as his ex beat him with golf clubs.  Nevertheless, he needs to seek help-it's only fair to the both of us. This is the second go around of this conversation with him, the first time was before we moved in and he assured me, but, still no changes were made.

I am not going to have this conversation again.  I don't expect changes to be made and I dont expect to hand around long term if not.  Time to start thinking of ME for a change!
