weds is court

weds I go to court, the x had me served dec 26th, for not paying her money, i don t have. I re hired my attorney, thanks to my dad, my attorney is not going to notify the court or her untill the last minute. That way she can not bombard him with threatning emails. She just opened a can of worms for herself. for one, child support is now brough back into this court since she cancelled state services for my son and I ( health ins)and now that it is not a state issue. So that will be set up on how much she is going to pay. I think she will be so pissed off she might tell the judge to f off and walk out.  payment plan for her payments set up and deduction of child support from what I do owe her. restraining order and the fraud she has done, using the oldest son and my SS number, ( I have proof)  so I think the judge will not be too pleased. I am a little nerveous.
