My doctor prescribed a home nurse for me. Now I am getting Physical therapy, occupational therapy, a bathe helper, and a nurse. I hate the thought of all the appointments and having to contend with people but I guess I will try. I asked from the very beginning that they come in the afternoon. Well the first one that came out called at 9a. to make arrangements for the afternoon appointment. Now does that make sense to you? I was mad! I am retired. I am a night person. I enjoy being up after everyone else in the house is asleep. I do my writing then, when I know that no one will disturb me. So I sleep in later than a lot of people who have things going on during the day. And oh how the gal apologized. She said she would write it down in the notes. She didn't. The next called in the a.m. too. She actually came to the door. I told her too. She also apologized and said she would note it. Just because people like the day hours doesn't mean others do. I expect to be treated with respect and I will bitch until I get just that. Aren't I bad?!
