Wednesday, and I lost a whole day to tiredness

Good morning journal, the time is now 8:44am,and I have been awake for twenty minutes. Yesterday was a weird sort of day, when I sat down at my desk to write my journal entry,I knew that it was Tuesday,by the time I got to the end of it,for some reason I was convinced it was Wednesday, and it wasn't until my wife told me that it was Tuesday, that I realized that my second pulmonary class isn't until tomorrow,Thursday, and not today, guess I was more tired than I thought. We still have heard no news about my claim for disability,so all we have to live on is a small amount of unemployment pay which only lasts for a year and runs out on March 15th next year,so we are praying that we hear something before Christmas. My wheelchair is still somewhere in the wind, and we just have to make the best of things until we hear different,I thought that I felt okay after my time in the gym,and indeed in the morning I did, that was until just about 2:00pm when a wave of tiredness swept over me like a blanket,I went to lay down for an hour,or so I thought, and I next opened my eyes at 9:00pm,seven hours of a day completely wasted due to simple fatigue. I got up and had a coffee and watched a little television before taking my night medication and retiring once more to bed at around 1:00am,despite having already slept for seven hours,I then slept for another seven, making fourteen hours in all, that isn't right, but there was simply nothing I could do about it,it is just another thing that I have to deal with. I hate being as tired as I am all of the time,I miss so much quality time with my wife, and whole sections of the day,my life is slowly passing me by and there is very little I can do about it,when I need to sleep, although I try to fight it,I sleep, the choice is simply taken away from me. As I slept for so long yesterday,I didn't get the chance to go to the bank to open a new account, that is something that needs to happen sooner rather than later, perhaps I might try again today,if I can stay awake that is. The new anti depressant drug, venlafaxine, that my psyche doc has put me on is very powerful when it is taken with my other night time medications, and when you take a cocktail of quetiapine, venlafaxine, simvastatin and metformin, you better be going to bed real quick, wait fifteen minutes, and you lose the power in your legs and you feel as if you've drunk the best part of a bottle of Jack Daniels,I misjudged it last night, and I bounced off every wall between our lounge and our bedroom before flopping down like a wet rag doll on our bed,...I was asleep within five minutes. I will try to get the balance of resting and keeping semi active today in the right quantities, store up enough reserves of strength for tomorrows exertions in the gym,as well as getting out for a bit,if the weather is kinder than it has been of late,it's no fun walking in monsoon conditions,so a quick look at the weather forecast before I leave would be advisable. Well journal, that's about all for now,I have things to do so I'd better get to it,until next time then, may God grant me the strength to remain awake until the things I need to do are done, and may His love and guidance be uppermost in our hearts and our lives today.

It sound like you just need to recover from a the physical activity from your physical therapy class.I wouldn\'t overly condemn yourself,I\' sure you need the rest.I know what has really helped me w/ SEVERE fatigue is Dinosaur Kale or Tuscan Kale.It has large narrow leaves that are scaly in texture and bluish-green in color. This has really brought me back from the dead in the fatigue department. Here are a few links:
