Wed Morn

Woke up too early, don't sleep well on nights off.  Today is my 4 month follow up with my surgeon.  Lost a good bit. I hope he likes it.  I was at 252 this morning but that was before my coffee, meds and banana.
Rainy all nite and all day.  Hope it stops beforfe work time tonight I already got a cough.
