wed: hump day, some venting

Monday i went to the VA as usual. went to my chronic pain management sup group. anger management had no class due to the specialist bein on vacation. but after i got out of CP group, i was talkin to this guy that's in my AM class and next thing i know this lady comes up to me and cuts in the conversation. i look over at her and i couldn't beleive who it was! o gosh, it was an old friend that i hadn't seen in a couple of years and was hoping to never see again! i tried to ignore her and continued talkin to my buddy but she just kept cutting in. sucking up to me and all, then buggin me for my phone number.  then she gets my buddy involved in the drama and starts tellin him that her and i were such best friends and bla bla bla... and she wants to be freinds again and bla bla bla... i got irritated and said "ya, you wanna be friends again so i can be your door mat! that's all you want is to make me your door mat again!" she looked at me all shocked and said "you are so mean! you haven't changed a bit!" then she look s at my buddy and says in a whimpy voice "she hurt my feelings back then and you see what's she's doin now?" she goes on to say to me that she's sorry and wants a new start and bla bla bla... i told her straight up that it's got nothing to do with apolagies or forgiveness, i just can't be her friend. that i can't handle the drama. and she was tryin to hug me and hang on to me saying things like "i'm in grad school now and i can't have drama either. i just want us to be friends again..." i couldn't even hug her back. i just stood there and told her again "no, i can't be your friend" i tried walkin away but she just kept on. finally she looked at the time and said she had to go upstairs to get some meds and left. an hr or so later, i came back down from tryin to get a message to my doc and my buddy comes back over to me and he's like, "man, i see what you mean by her bein a drama queen! after you left she came back down and was goin on and on about you two and just chatting her head off about the drama and how the friend ship was." i told him how she used to call me like 5 times a day and wanted to know where i was and if i can come pick her up. she would call me at work all the time. it was constant!" he said he can't take drama with his heart condition, so he completely understands. i laughed and was like "yeah you poor thing" cuz earlier he told me he was in the hospital all weekend. anyway getting to the point of the story.... i woke up this morning and realized oh shit! i ran into her at the VA! where all my flayers are for my FMS group and they have my number on them!! I hope to God she doesn't snag one of those and realize it's my number then call me!! oh man... the drama... good thing i called at&t and set up a phone number blocking system in case she calls me, i can get her number blocked from getting thru to me. he he he sorry it's a long entry... just had to vent about this.
