Weather flare up

I tried my best to make it through the day without being sad. I really wanted to. I did everything, breathing exercises, meditation, talked to friends....the isolation of being in the house and its cold outside got to me. Being in pain all the day long did not help things.
So I don't know if I am paining from the weather change or cutting out the Ribose a couple of weeks ago. I would like for it to be from the ribose because that would tell me that i won't be in pain for the next 5 months.
Last year was my first year dealing with fibromyalgia and I wasn't on any medications. So this is my first year with meds. I am hurting all the time. My wrists are hurting typing.
So the psychic lady yesterday told me to take care of my health but I'm I am fighting frustration about the unknown. Can I go back to work. How long can I work? We need money like yesterday. I can't keep up with my children.
Lord knows, I am trying my best to stay positive. It sucks balls not to be well. Then Ashley came over bringing up the fact that it was my idea to dress up for a Halloween for our birthdays. I know it was my idea but now, I'm too broke and too sick....oh effin well.
