Hi angel friends! :) Happy Thursday! :) my family and i are feeling better. :) We're inching closer and closer, back to full good health :) it's been a long journey, these past 5 days, but we're definitely in that clearing now, where we're feeling our health improving a great deal, which is such a wonderful healing blessing :) very thankful, and blessed :) Kayla returned to school today, and my mom and i have been hanging out :) i tried a new tea/hot drink, that our dear friend Diana (Twilightmoon), gave me recipe for :) it helped my throat :) it feels good, to be on the mend, and continuing to take very good care :) We're gonna have a nice, fun, and light, baking friday adventure tomorrow, as we continue to ease back into our days, and normal routines/schedules :) We may even take a trip to mcdonalds soon, for some nice treats :) Thank you, for sticking with us, and for your wonderfully comforting, and uplifting well wishes, hugs, messages, and prayers :) We feel the love, every day :) our energy is returning, and feeling like we're getting back to good full health :) Big Warm Cozy friendship hugs :) my appetite has slowly returned too :) had a nice lunch today :) feeling thankful :) Tomorrow, the cookie monsters will unite. :) it'll be time to bake! bake! bake! :)
BIG GROUP HUG, FOR YOU ALL!, our dear, and wonderful angel friends :) Thank you all, for being here for my family and i, and really comforting us, and helping us keep in good spirits, as we've been overcoming the cold/flu. my mom, Lisa, Kayla, and i are feeling a great improvement, in our healthy, it began yesterday, and now today, we all woke up, feeling much better, than sunday through tuesday. we're definitely on the mend, and it's a good feeling, to be getting well :) i even stretched a bit today, my arms, back, it felt good, as i've been feeling very lame, and sore, but this cold/flu, finally is easing up. We've been feeling all of your amazing love, care, comforting well wishes, uplifting prayers, and it's helped us so much :) we appreciate everything :) During the evening yesterday, i recieved a hug, from our dear, and lovely friend Diana (Twilightmoon) :) She shared a recipe, and remedy, to help feel better, and to get well. She said, to take water, add in some sage seasoning, ginger powder, heat it in the microwave, and then add in honey :) i tried it last night, it tasted really good, and helped sooth my throat, and helped ease my cough :) i made a 2nd cup this morning too :) CHEERS! :) a special thanks for our dear friend Diana :) been also having plenty of water, powerade, ginger ale, and getting my appetite back too :) Kayla returned to school today, and my mom, Lisa, and i are all feeling better too :)
We're feeling thankful. :) things are gradually, slowing getting back into normalcy again for us :) the cold/flu, walloped up for days and days, but we're thankful, to be really getting well, and it's helping our spirits too, as we can look forward, to some fun times, coming up. :) as we get well, it's still very important, to take things very easy :) i haven't made it back outside yet, with the cold air, and my vulenerability to catching laryngitis, and bronchitis, very easily, i felt it will be best, if i hold off from going outside, until tomorrow morning, depending how i feel :) i think it'll be good, to get some fresh air, and also to be able to feed our nature animal friends :) i've missed them, and my nature walks. :) i think those cute little rascals birds and squirrels are gonna throw a welcome back, peanuts party for me! hehe! :) nature smiles :) it'll be cool :)
Tomorrow is friday already. wow! it's been a bit different this week, but just getting well, means the most to us :) We're gonna have a light baking friday tomorrow, to ease back into our normal, routine, it'll be nice :) i was thinking, maybe we'll bake some pretzels, or cookies, something simple, but delicious :) it's gonna be nice :) my mom did some washing of her's and my dad's sheets, covers, and blankets today, i want to do the same, to my sheets, covers, and blankets too, plus, i want to eventually tidy up, my computer room, i got some hand sanitizer, to wash my computer area here, to freshen it up. :) i will probably do that, this upcoming weekend :) i'm really hoping to have a nice sunday writing day, cards, notes, maybe even a letter too :) i missed our weekly visit to the post office yesterday, but i know we'll definitely get to go next wednesday :) next week is superbowl week too, wow! it's gonna be awesome :) Is everyone planning a superbowl party? :)
i'm thankful i've been able to keep in touch with friends, here on ds, from time to time this week :) earlier in the week, i was able to sit up a bit, to write out some hugs, replying, and as the week has gone on, feeling better, and healing, i'm just so thankful, i've been able to keep in tune with you all, our wonderful friends :) reading your hugs, messages, comments, has so very much, brought my heart lots of joy, my spirit lots of comfort, and has felt like you all have warmed a BIG LOVE HUG around my heart, and it's so nice, and sweet of you all. :) i've been sharing all of your well wishes, with my family, and we appreciate it, so very much :) We're blessed, and thankful, to have you all in our lives :) We love to send our love to you all too, and our warmest hugs :) being able to be here for you all too, is very special to us :) i've been looking around my computer room, seeing our wonderful cards, gifts, treasures, and it's been so nice, to see. :) i wanted everyone to know, that yesterday evening, i was online, on amazon, browsing around, for some new postcards, and i found a book i wanted to buy, it's New England Sights, postcard book. :) i bought the book, and it'll be arriving soon :) i look forward to writing special notes on the cards, and mailing them out to everyone :) it's gonna be so nice :) my family and i have recieved 2 new, lovely greetings cards, that i would love, to take this time, to share with everyone :)
Nisa (Stix24), her lovely mum Lorraine, and sister Becca sent us, a cute, and adorable teddy bear card :) awww! :) This is so sweet, and heart-felt :) on the front of the card, there's a teddy bear, holding flowers, and an envelope, plus flowers, and a butterfly :) it's very sweet :) i know Nisa collects teddy bears :) inside the card, Nisa wrote us a lovely friendship note :) awww! :) This is so nice, and sweet :) recently, Nisa and her mum, and Becca sent us, 10 UK pounds dollars, and i also had a 5 UK pounds dollars, from my birthday last year. we tried to exchange the UK pounds for US dollars here, but the banks here, charge a lot for the exchange. i mentioned to Nisa, and she said, for us to send them the UK pounds, and they would exchange the pounds for us, to US dollars :) awww! :) i thanked Nisa, and send her and her family a card, and the UK pounds, and they exchanged the UK pounds for US dollars :) they sent us the $23 in an envelope :) This is so nice, and generous, of Nisa, her mum Lorraine, and sister Becca :) i sent them a special thank you message here on ds :) We love our card, and will always cherish it :) i'm going to put our card, here in my writing area :) Nisa, Lorraine, Becca, my family and i thank you all so very much :) We deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts :) from our hearts, and home to yours, we send our love, and happy friendship smiles, across the miles :) Friends Forever :)

We're enjoying a nice relaxing, peaceful, fairly spirit soaring day :) definitely on the mend :) this afternoon, i got a chance, to go outside, for the first time, since sunday morning :) i've had some checks, that i haven't been able to get to the bank to cash, i went with my mom and dad, i bundled up really good, and was thankful i got a chance to cash in my checks :) i had a cheeseburger, for lunch today :) it was first time i've had a normal lunch, since last saturday :) regaining my appetite :) With each day, more and more healing :) my family and i are so glad, and thankful :) We'll have a nice light baking friday adventure tomorrow. :) i'm going to call Holly tonight, for a little while, watching history channel. :) i'm gonna get a good night's rest :) feeling more energized, and in good spirits :) Thank you all, our dear, wonderful guardian angel friends, for your amazing love, care, support, and for all that you do for us :) We deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts :) BIG GROUP WARM FRIENDSHIP HUG :) There's lots more great things to look forward too :)

Same ole same ole here on the farm though I DID get it listed for sale. Bittersweet to be sure, but I\'M STILL HERE for who knows how long? I\'d bet I get some of the fruit this summer anyway!!! It\'s all good... Life is in constant change, and we have to roll with the changes~~~that\'s what LIFE is all about~~~nothing ever stays the same...

Hey Chris So good to hear that you and your family are feeling better and soon will back into your routines. Have fun tonight with Holly watching the History Channel. Anything specific you two will watch? Definitely am looking forward to the continued season return of The Walking Dead. What a great show it is! Right. Looking forward to watching the new show Better Call Saul too. It begins at the time TWD does as well. The tea made from sage,ginger and honey sounds really good. I will have to try that when and if I get a cold. So far we have been lucky in that there is no illness. Have you ever tried Cold Eaze? We use it and I believe it helps prevent and shorten colds. That is a cool find you found on amazon with the New England post card book! Nice. I will keep you updated as you asked in regards to Fritz and his vet appt.
