We Hang On ...
I heard something today that really did hit home...
WE HANG ON because we realize we have a PAST...
WE LET GO because we believe we have a FUTURE...
Was chatting with my boss earlier today. He was putting in his two cents as we yacked and I gave another earful about what I am dealing with at home. Once again, he smiled and gave me all his "helpful suggestions" to escape my rather unhappy living arrangement (most of which would land me in the county jail. lol) I have been doing much more thinking , sharing and contemplating lately...
It felt rather good to admit to him that for the first time, I have actually been picturing (and contemplating) myself in the future... on my own... away from here. Is a good feeling. Better than just hoping and dreaming.

Thank you both (Mary too.) . At this point in my life, i did once think of doing some traveling and spending time in an rv , but that was when I did have someone else to share the journey and the desire to see and experience a little more of our country side together.
Now, I will be content with a tiny little place all to myself to make all my own
Microhouses might be worth a look Kim, I was going to buy one when I was living over there, near Lake Elsinore South of LA, just to escape to at weekendseverything you need in compact form ( very compact ) Ha.
